When it comes to flora and fauna the Sal forest, Bali flower, Kusum flower, and Mahua trees are the main attractions of the Bijrani Zone.

This zone has several types of Deer (Spotted Deer, Para, The Sambar, Barking deer) Jackal, Monitor Lizard, Wild boar Monkeys, Langoors, peacocks, and Wild Hen.

It has a diverse population of Royal Bengal tiger and Asian elephants which makes this zone the best zone to spot tigers & elephants.

Indian nationals visitors are allowed to book safari entry permits online in advance of a maximum of 30-45 days whereas for foreign nationals it is a maximum of 90 days.

Visitors are required to fill Online Safari Booking form available at www.OnlineCorbettBooking.com along with their photo id proof (driving license/voter id/pan card) and complete details of the person (gender, full name, birth date etc) and then send the booking request.

How to reach?

Bijrani Tourism zone can be explored by Jeep safari from Amanda Gate which is located just 5kms away from the place.

Bijrani is well-connected by road and is located at a distance of about 1 km away from the Ramnagar town.

After entering through the entry gate, you cross about 5 km of buffer zone before reaching the main area of the Bijrani Eco-tourism zone.

The nearest rail connectivity is just 5 km away at Ramnagar Railway station. The nearest airport is the Pantnagar airport.

You can book a Jeep safari in Bijrani zone from the Ramnagar office of Park authorities of Corbett Park.

The Bijrani Jeep Safari Tariff includes the cost of Jeep, Driver, Permit, Guide charges and service charges).

Foreigner: INR 7500/Jeep (Maximum 6 persons)

Day Jeep safari timings of the Bijrani tourism Zone are provided as below:

Winter Safaris Timings:
Morning safari Entry- 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Evening Safari Entry- 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Summer Safaris Timings:
Morning Safari Entry- 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Evening Safari Entry- 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

The Bijrani Safari zone remains open for the day visitors from 15th October to 30th June while the night stay is allowed from 15th November to 14th June.
